The Vision
Sarah and Chaese envisioned a wedding day that felt timeless, elegant, and centered around the people and values most important to them: faith, family, and great times.
Hosted at Saint John’s Resort in Plymouth, Michigan, the couple exchanged vows in the Garden Pavilion before welcoming guests into a sophisticated reception inside the Atrium. With a modern black-and-white palette, lush white florals, and warm summer sunlight streaming through the venue windows, the entire day felt effortlessly classy.
From beginning to end, the celebration reflected the couple’s genuine energy and deep love for one another.
Personal Touches
One of the most meaningful parts of Sarah and Chaese’s wedding was having a family member serve as both officiant and DJ, creating a celebration that felt deeply personal from the ceremony through the reception.
The wedding was elevated and elegant while still remaining incredibly personal and heartfelt. There was an intimate feel in spite of a large guest count.
Coordinating a Seamless Celebration
With approximately 240 guests and multiple event spaces, thoughtful coordination was essential to keeping the day flowing smoothly.
Signed & Sealed began working with Sarah and Chaese in August 2024, providing planning support, timeline development, venue walkthrough assistance, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management.
In addition to overseeing vendor coordination and event flow, we also completed the full décor setup and teardown for the reception, helping bring the couple’s vision to life through each detail.
One particularly important element of the day was coordinating the couple’s first touch before the ceremony while ensuring they remained separate before walking down the aisle.
A Reception For The Ages
As the evening continued, the energy of the celebration remained high.
Friends and family filled the dance floor, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that perfectly matched Sarah and Chaese’s joy. The celebration was such a success that the couple and their families ultimately chose to extend the reception an additional hour, a change that Signed & Sealed coordinated directly with the venue team during the event.
It was the perfect ending to a wedding day filled with love.
